Jamie Carie’s Forgotten Castles Collection {Propeller Review}
Hardback for $22.42
or
Kindle for $9.28
The Forgotten Castles Collection has quickly become one of my favorite book sets from Jamie Carie. I love her writing style, the plot, thought and process the books take on. The characters are amazing and Jamie draws the reader in with her magnificent descriptions and storyline.
The Guardian Duke is the first book of the series. In it the reader is introduced to Gabriel, the Duke of St. Easton, a kind-hearted gentleman who is going through a strange hardship of his own. Gabriel is asked to take guardianship of the beautiful, Lady Alexandria Featherstone, whose treasure-seeking parents have disappeared after their most recent adventure. Upset at this request, Alexandria takes off on an adventure of her own, to find her lost parents, leaving Gabriel to follow her across England and Ireland only to lose sight of her at the end.
You can find The Guardian Duke and The Forgiven Duke online through Amazon.com or in your local bookstores.

Game of Your Life {Propeller Review}
I literally just finished watching another great, great movie from Propeller. Game of Your Life is a wonderful family movie that will soon be airing on NBC and will be one I know my son is absolutely going to LOVE.
The storyline for this movie, as provided by Propeller to me:
“When industrious high school gamer Zach Taylor lands a prized scholarship to the prestigious Digital Institute of Game Design (DIGD), his future breaks wide open. The opportunity to study under gaming legend Marcus Bentton and alongside the country’s most creative minds will certainly propel him into a successful career as a video game designer. That is, if he can pass the infamous freshman project that eliminates more than half of the class within the first three months.
Paired with brilliant yet socially awkward teammates Phillip and Donald, the trio persuades Sara Ramirez – a determined and striking team leader with whom Zach has a history (and possibly a future) – to join their team. Working off-campus in the teched-out Lincoln Alley loft, the four set out to involve the entire campus in a quirky new social interactive game. But as the group becomes entrenched in the project, Zach learns that his father Billy, a widower, is facing growing financial woes at home. To help out, Zach accepts an opportunity to work directly with Marcus Bentton on a secretive side project that seems too good to be true. The effort requires nearly all of Zach’s time and energy, which he should be devoting to the project. Struggling to keep it together, Zach is torn between his responsibility to his team, his admiration for Bentton and a chance to help his father.
Everything comes to a breaking point when Zach’s team threatens to remove him from the group and the deceptive truth behind Bentton’s project comes to light. With the guidance of Professor Abbie Lambert, Zach must make a decision that not only affects his future, but the lives and livelihoods of the people around him as well. It’s a revealing story that recognizes the magnitude behind the choices we make and the importance loyalty plays in making good decisions.”
Wow, what a movie! The absolute GENIUS of the characters is amazing. The hard, strong work ethic. This is a movie that every teen should definitely see. Zach works extremely hard to overcome his childhood loss and utilize his strengths, as well as attempting to save his family. This movie was inspiring and intriguing from beginning to end.
You can catch Game of Your Life on NBC Friday, December 2nd at 8/7c. This is one movie you and your family will NOT want to miss!!

Brittany Hargest Giveaway {Propeller Review}
I must admit, when I was asked to review this album by Propeller I had no clue who Brittany Hargest was or of her past association with Jump5, the Christian Pop senstation. For me, this whole review was about the music, not the musician or her past and I must say that Brittany Hargest has not let me down. The songs are wonderful.
Love All The Way is a wonderful compilation of songs that really lift your spirits. The songs are fun and full of energy. They fit today’s teen world in sharing heartbreak and triumph. This album fits all ages but especially fits those in their teens to early 20’s.
Would I classify this album as a Christian album? Not completely, it’s more Pop than anything but it’s definitely one I won’t mind letting my daughter listen to on her MP3 player as she hangs out at home. I recommend Brittany Hargest and her music to family and friends as a wonderful role-model for their daughters to enjoy and learn from. She is very inspiring and her music is exceptionally enjoyable.
You can purchase Love All The Way through the website store for an autographed CD or on iTunes for immediate download for $7.99. You can also find additional merchandise online in her website’s store.
I am excited to announce that Brittany’s album Love All The Way is my very first giveaway at Luv’N Lambert Life. Thanks to the wonderful generosity of Propeller, I am able to offer this album to one lucky reader. I hope whoever wins will enjoy Brittany’s album as much as I have this week during my review.
